  • Overview

    Day 1 Thursday 6th September

    This day is primarily aimed at practice owners, partners and managers. Those who have an insight into the financial and human resources aspects of running the veterinary practice. We have a strong line up of speakers and we take a look at the big picture of where the profession is headed as well as focusing on some specific details that every managing vet will want to know.

    Day 2 Friday 7th of September

    The focus of Friday's content is the customer experience. This will be of interest to practice owners and managers, but will also be suited to any other member of the veterinary team. A good day to invite a key member of staff along with you. Paul Green's growth masterclasses are limited to a small number of practices per session (more than one team member can attend). Canadian vet Jonathan Bloom's ideas may change how you practice forever!
